From Prototype to Production

All projects begin with an idea, and we construct 2D and 3D models for construction and to assist our customers with engineering. From these models, we create fully dimensioned prints for manufacturing and inspection.

Accommodating All Software
Models may be loaded into CNC programming, and allows us to optimize material usage and maximize production. Our experienced staff uses the latest technology, and we continually improve our processes while testing new software regularly.

Wet Paint & Powder Coating
Our coating facility fulfills all your wet paint and powder coating needs. We work with you on the type of coating, and help your product meet EPA regulations. All work is done according to your specifications. Quality comes first in every job we perform, and we use the most modern inspection equipment to achieve that end.

Involved Facility
To deliver quality coatings, we have in-house chemical and light booths for color and texture comparison. Our coatings facility includes three large coating booths—two for wet coating and one for powder coating. Full silk-screen capabilities and assembly are available. Here are the features of our in-depth coating facility:
