50 full-time employees. Manufacturing space is 65,000 sq. ft. Business
has been at this location since 1960. Full CNC Precision Machining,
Metal Fabricating and Mechanical Assembly with complete tool room
facilities.
LDM Products, a Division of LoDolce Machine
Co., Inc., manufactures hydraulic pumps, fire nozzles, ball shutoff
valves and couplings.
LDM
Coatings is a state-of-the-art wet and powder facility.

Our pension plan is determined by
profit sharing. We at Lodolce Machine maintain the
retirement account; details can be located in the plan booklet located
in the payroll office.
Lodolce Machine proudly offers 100% heath care coverage thru MVP/HMO with
the 25/40 plan, along with providing Life, Long
and Short Term Disability Insurance. We also have a medical expense reimbursement plan
for qualifying participants.
Vision coverage, has co-pay of
$40.00 for exam, thru MVP, and reimbursement of up to $175.00 towards
glasses.
Vacation/Holidays: After 1 year of service you are
entitled to 2 weeks (1 one week is plant shut down) and 9 holidays.
Services provided: Each production
employee is provided with uniforms. For safety reasons an employee
needing special shoes to perform their
duties will be reimbursed up to $80.00.
Safety glasses: The employee will be reimbursed
for the cost of the exam and 100% of the cost of glasses.
We offer corporate membership
at IXL in Saugerties or Rhinebeck, NY free to employees who qualify.
